In the light of days is a concept to lure a younger audience. Travelling to some of the travel destinations only appreciated by an older audience.
The only thing missing is you in the shot and you would have accomplished the perfect Insta moment. By combining a younger take on an older city or region would make it possible to secure tourism for generations to come. Since this is not done locally, I wanted to showcase how a beautiful region could be turned into an Instagram worthy travel destination. I have not seen any attempt locally to secure next-generation tourism in terms of a change in communication. The stories are the same, they just have to invite another photographer that actually understand the power of photography.
But young or old – are these locations not just truly beautiful?
